Understanding Your Payslip

Overview

Your payslip shows everything about your pay for each period, including both traditional and stablecoin payments.

Payslip Sections

Earnings

Line Item	Description
Regular Pay	Your standard salary for the period
Overtime	Any overtime compensation
Bonus	One-time bonuses
Other Earnings	Commissions, stipends, etc.
Gross Pay	Total before deductions

Deductions

Line Item	Description
Federal Tax	Federal income tax withholding
State Tax	State income tax (if applicable)
Local Tax	Local taxes (if applicable)
Social Security	FICA - Social Security
Medicare	FICA - Medicare
Benefits	Health insurance, etc.
401(k)	Retirement contributions
Total Deductions	Sum of all deductions

Net Pay

Line Item	Description
Net Pay	Your take-home amount
Bank Deposit	Amount to your bank
Stablecoin Payment	Amount in stablecoins

Stablecoin Payment Details

Your payslip shows:

Field	Description
Stablecoin Amount	How much you receive in stablecoins
USD Value	Dollar equivalent at time of payment
Stablecoin Type	USDC, USDT, etc.
Network	Ethereum, Polygon, etc.
Wallet Address	Where it was sent
Transaction Hash	Blockchain reference

Accessing Your Payslip

Access your employee portal

Navigate to Payslips

Click Payroll > Payslips

Select pay period

Choose the pay period you want to view

Download or print

Export as PDF if needed

Verifying Your Stablecoin Payment

To confirm your stablecoin payment:

Find the transaction hash on your payslip
Go to a block explorer (Etherscan, Polygonscan, etc.)
Search for the transaction hash
View the transaction details and confirmation

Year-End Documents

At year end, you’ll receive:

W-2 — Annual wage and tax statement
Payment Summary — Total payments received
Stablecoin Summary — Total stablecoin payments
