Integration Setup

Navigate to Integrations

Go to Settings > Integrations

Select your provider

Choose your HR/payroll system from the list

Authenticate

Follow the authentication flow:
  • Enter API credentials
  • Or use OAuth to connect

Set up what data to sync:
  • Employee roster
  • Pay schedules
  • Salary information

Map your system’s fields to Toku fields

Verify the integration is working correctly

What Syncs

Sync Settings

Configure how often data syncs:
  • Real-time — Changes sync immediately
  • Daily — Sync once per day
  • Manual — Sync on-demand only

ADP Integration

Setup Requirements

  • ADP API access (request from your ADP rep)
  • API credentials or OAuth
  • Company code

Manual Data Entry

If you don’t use a supported HRIS:
  1. Navigate to Payroll > Employees
  2. Add employees manually or import via CSV
  3. Enter compensation details
  4. Set up stablecoin preferences

Troubleshooting

Verify your API credentials and permissions. Contact your HRIS provider if needed.
Check sync settings and ensure the integration is enabled. Try a manual sync.
Verify employee status in your HRIS. Inactive or terminated employees may not sync.
