Completing Onboarding

Accept the invitation

Click the link in your invitation email to get started.

Create your account

Set up your Toku account with your email and a secure password.

Review the contract

Read the contractor agreement carefully before signing.

Sign electronically

Agree to the terms and sign the contract electronically.

Add payment information

Enter your payment details (bank account, PayPal, or crypto wallet).

Complete verification

Provide any required identity or tax documentation.

Your Dashboard

After onboarding, your dashboard shows:
  • Active engagements — Companies you’re working with
  • Pending invoices — Invoices awaiting approval
  • Payment history — Past payments received
  • Documents — Contracts and tax forms

Payment Methods

You can receive payments via:
  • Bank Transfer — Direct deposit to your bank account
  • PayPal — Instant transfers
  • Crypto — Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
  • Stablecoin — USDC, USDT
Set up your preferred payment method in Settings > Payment Methods.

Getting Paid

The typical payment flow:
  1. You submit an invoice for work completed
  2. Your client reviews and approves
  3. Payment is processed via your chosen method
  4. You receive confirmation when payment is sent
