# Employee Portal

> Navigate the TGA portal as a grant recipient

## Overview

The TGA employee portal is where you view your token grants, track vesting progress, manage your wallet, and access tax documents.

## First Login

    You'll receive an invitation email from Toku with a link to set up your account.

    Click the link, set a secure password, and complete any required identity verification.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set up MFA">
    If your organization requires multi-factor authentication, configure your authenticator app during first login.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review your grants">
    After login, you'll see your dashboard with all token grants and vesting details.

## Dashboard

Your dashboard shows at a glance:

| Section              | What You See                               |

| **Token Grants**     | All grants issued to you with status       |
| **Vested Tokens**    | Tokens currently available                 |
| **Upcoming Vesting** | Next vesting dates and amounts             |

## Key Actions

### Accept a Grant

When a new grant is issued to you, review the terms and click **Accept**. This starts the vesting clock.

### Set Up Your Wallet

Add your blockchain wallet address so you can receive token distributions. Your wallet must be verified through a test transaction before tokens can be sent.

### Track Vesting

Monitor your vesting progress with a visual timeline showing past and upcoming vesting events.

### Access Documents

View and download grant agreements, settlement confirmations, and tax documents.

## Notifications

You'll receive emails for:

* New grants issued to you
* Vesting events (tokens newly available)
* Wallet verification requests
* Settlement confirmations
* Document availability

## Security

* **Use a strong password** and enable MFA if available
* **Verify wallet addresses carefully** — tokens sent to wrong addresses cannot be recovered
* **Never share your private keys** or wallet seed phrase with anyone
* **Check the URL** — always ensure you're on the official Toku platform
